Active Ingredients (per 5 mL Single-Use Vial): Dextromethorphan HBr, USP, 5 mg (Cough Suppressant); Guaifenesin, USP, 100 mg (Expectorant) Inactive Ingredients: Citric acid, glycerin, mixed berry flavor, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium benzoate, sodium saccharin, sorbitol, sucralose, trisodium citrate dihydrate, xanthan gum.
SUGGESTED USE
Follow the dosing instructions on the packaging. Empty the entire contents of each Single-Use Vial when dosing. Repeat every 4 hours as needed, but do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours. For children under 4 years, consult a doctor before use. Children ages 4-5 should take 1 Single-Use Vial (5 mL) every 4 hours. Those ages 6-11 can take 1-2 Single-Use Vials (5 mL each) every 4 hours, while children 12 years and older may take 2-4 Single-Use Vials (5 mL each) every 4 hours.
