Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product to CalmCo?

You can return any unopened product within 30 days of receipt by contacting us at customercare@calmco.com. Please note that opened or expired products are not eligible for return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will exclude delivery charges, and we will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.

Can I return a defective product?
